There is a big debacle right now between Apple, AT&T and Google regarding Google Voice apps for the iPhone. I'm hoping it pans out that Google is allowed to produce a native application that links the Address Book with the iPhone. As for Address Book on the Mac computer, you can synchronize your address book with Google if you have an iPhone. For some reason, no iPhone means no Contacts sync with Google. There are ways around this and I have seen articles online on how to trick the Address Book into allowing Google Sync.
