I have suffered from migraines for nearly 10 ten years. I never had them before that, but when I turned 26 I started getting them at least once a week. Last month I started using a hot pepper nasal spray that my doctor actually recommended. I didn't believe it at first, but I tried it and it really has helped me alot. It's called Headache Buster with capsaicin, feverfew and peppermint. It burns at first but it really helps me beat back the migraines before they develop all the way. Has anybody else tried buster.

The posts are great this month especially James and his video of art. I usually post to the Carnival blog but didn't this month due to increase work and four (!) head injuries in sports, one of which was a concussion. Tennis can be tough.

That and the fact that posting and doing art is very time intensive meant I just didn't get it done this month..and that's OK..sometimes I remind myself it is perfectly OK to let go of things..
